Aren’t crock pots amazing? I use mine ALL the time. My all time favorite crock pot meal is rootbeer pulled pork. I post the recipe earlier, and you can see it here. I like to use my crock pot when I know I am going to be cooking some kind of chicken based meal that night. I just stick some chicken in the crock pot, a little bit of seasoning and some water, and let it cook. When it’s time to make dinner, the chicken is already done. It comes in handy when I make Chicken Noodle Soup.
